projo.com – PAWTUCKET – A homemade boat launched Tuesday afternoon in freezing temperatures put firefighters in three cities on high alert as they recovered the precarious craft and searched for the occupants.
Fire boats from Pawtucket, Providence and East Providence converged on the Seekonk River near the Providence city line for reports of a homemade boat with about four young people onboard. Full story
